The application is available in both a free version that supports up to two simultaneous projects, and an optional Team cloud subscription. The Team subscription enables collaboration and a feature to send invoices directly from the app.
A simple, intuitive user experience enables quick time entry and easy navigation throughout the project dashboard, task list, and report pages. A built-in Pomodoro timer helps you improve your productivity. You can also set up alerts for recurring events such as weekly meetings, project status updates or customer phone calls.
All logged time is visible in the task timeline, with a clear breakdown of Billable and Non-Billable hours by individual users. You can also edit logged time manually from either the project card or the project month view, as well as add text notes to an existing entry. Logged work times can be exported in Comma-Separated Values (CSV) format to be used in spreadsheet or simple text editing applications.
The application also allows you to create a list of all planned task estimates across all members, which are displayed on the project board in both grid and list views. When members update their estimates the updated totals will appear in the task lists and on the cards. When a task is clicked in the board or list views, it will automatically start tracking time for that activity.
